I found a great Excel spreadsheet to track WW points for a week. It was originally created by Ray Ruediger but his contact info no longer seems valid - ( ray@rjrudy.org) - http://www.rjrudy.org .
I uploaded the spreadsheet to Google Docs and Spreadsheets and it imported almost 100%. I have one template that I copy each week, and then archive them. It keeps points and activities for a week and summarizes them all into one page. The great thing is, I can access it from wherever I am.... work, home, traveling. It's so easy. If you would like a copy, send me your email address and I will share it with you in Google. You can then make your own copy.
UPDATE : Someone sent me a link to an updated spreadsheet so I've shared the new version.
